An opportunity exists for a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specializing in Gastroenterology (GI) with a passion for clinical medicine. District Medical Group Children’s Rehabilitative Services is searching for an NP to work with our GI team. The successful candidate must be comfortable providing care for both medically fragile children and young adults in an outpatient setting. Previous GI clinical experience preferred.

DMG CRS offers families a state-of-the-art facility with a friendly, professional environment. It is the largest Multi-Specialty Interdisciplinary Clinic (MSIC) in Arizona and is designed to meet the unique healthcare requirements of special needs children and their families. Centrally located in an easy-to-access, one-story facility, DMG CRS is home to more than 85 medical providers across 30 medical specialties, including primary care, pediatric sub-specialties, behavioral health, dental, rehabilitation, educational and support services to care for patients from birth to age 21.

This provider will be involved in outpatient care for GI services.  The GI service line will coordinate care with various other specialties and ancillary staff that are involved in the care of these patients.   There will be ample time allowed to train for this role.  We have a dedicated team that work together collaboratively to ensure comprehensive care is provided for a patient base that vary in age from young children, adolescents to young adults.

Candidates must have a valid Arizona medical license as an FNP.  A motivation to work with a pediatric/young adult population. The scope of the patient base is from newborns through young adults.
