Position Overview: The Pediatric Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations for various conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and overall cognitive functioning. In addition to testing, the role involves providing therapy, participating in multidisciplinary clinics, and collaborating with a team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other cognitive and emotional concerns.
- Provide therapeutic services to children and families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinics, working alongside medical professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Consult with other treating healthcare providers, offering valuable insight and guidance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience in autism assessment and pediatric psychology.
- Preferred: Training experience in a pediatric medical setting.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, with a commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic care.
